Iain Stokes

Iain has acted as CLIP’s chair since its inception in 2013 and has spent his career in the finance industry with BDO, ING Barings, Mourant and State Street. He continues his involvement in the sector with a range of private equity investment fund and investment manager director and advisory roles.

Jonathan Hooley

Jonathan was born and brought up in Guernsey but spent most of his career working for KPMG in London. He was admitted as a partner in the London office of KPMG in 1987. In 1995 Jonathan returned to live and work in Guernsey. He subsequently became the senior partner of KPMG in the Channel Islands. In 2012 Jonathan was elected as a Jurat in Guernsey and continues in that role today. He was appointed as a Lieutenant-Bailiff in September 2019.

Andrew Ozanne

Andrew is a charted architect and a registered adjudicator and mediator.  He was the founder of CLIP and served for many years as a Non-States Member of the Home Department.  He is currently a Director of the Social Investment Fund, President of La Chambre de Discipline, Vice Chair of Victoria Hospital and a founder and member of Offenders Deposit Scheme.  In 2021 he received the OBE for services to law enforcement and health within the Bailiwick of Guernsey. 

James lucas

James is a Senior Manager with Aztec Financial Services in Guernsey and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales . He joined CLIP in 2022 as aDirector and has since taken on the roles of treasurer and Data Protection Officer, overseeing the charity’s corporate governance, financial management and reporting. James grew up in Wales and moved to the Bailiwick in 2012 to join KPMG. Prior to this, he spent three years working as an English language tutor in Japan and still has a keen interest in learning Japanese, as well as sea swimming and travelling.
